As part of its objectives of professionalizing SCM and building SCM excellence capability TLG has a graduate development program which is aimed at providing work experience to deserving Graduates and exposing them to the TLG consulting philosophy and embedding them as part of the core consulting team on client engagements.

 

The program last for 12 months after which the Graduates are offered to our clients or they are absorbed into TLG. Thando Mashinini is one of the many graduates of the program that has successfully been developed
